How Wobli handles account information, project content, and connected services.
1. Information We Collect
When you sign in with Roblox, Wobli stores your Roblox account identifier, display name, and avatar URL. Wobli also stores your projects, prompts, generated scenes and scripts, build history, and related activity.
If you attach reference images, those images become part of the stored project context. If you use voice input, your recording is sent for transcription. Optional browser notifications require a push subscription associated with your session.
2. How We Use Information
Wobli uses information to provide the functions you request.
- Keep you signed in and associate projects with your workspace.
- Generate and refine scenes and scripts using your prompts and project context.
- Save versions, export files, and connect your project to Roblox Studio.
- Track build status, usage, credit transactions, and technical errors.
- Deliver build notifications when you choose to enable them.
5. Storage & Security
Project data is stored in the database and artifact storage used by the installation. Local installations may keep these on the operator’s computer; hosted installations may use remote providers.
Access controls associate projects with their owner. Session and plugin connection tokens are stored as hashes on the server. Production connections should use HTTPS. No storage or transmission method can guarantee absolute security.
6. Project Content & References
Your project contains the prompts, images, scenes, scripts, and versions you provide or create. Only include information needed for the task, and use reference material you have permission to share.
The current application does not include a public community publishing feed. Exporting a file or publishing a Roblox experience can make content available outside Wobli under the choices you make on those platforms.
7. Data Retention
Projects and versions remain in the installation’s storage until they are removed by its operator. There is no automatic project-deletion schedule or self-service account-deletion screen in the current application.
The operator must define retention periods for account data, backups, technical logs, and billing records before publishing this policy. AI, payment, and hosting providers may have their own retention requirements.
8. Your Choices & Rights
You can sign out, clear browser storage, disable browser notifications, revoke a Studio connection, and export saved projects. These actions have different effects and do not automatically delete stored project history.
Depending on the laws that apply to you and the operator, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of personal information. The final policy must identify how to make and verify such requests.
9. Younger Users
Wobli is a game-creation tool that can connect to Roblox. A Roblox account does not by itself establish eligibility to use a separate service. The operator must establish the service’s age requirements and any required parental-consent process before public launch.
10. Third-Party Services
Roblox, Stripe where enabled, and the configured AI, transcription, hosting, and storage services have their own privacy terms. Local voice transcription may run on the host computer; hosted voice transcription may use OpenAI.
The final policy must list the production processors and their relevant policies. This draft does not promise that all processing takes place locally.
11. International Data Transfers
Processing locations depend on the operator’s hosting and provider configuration. The final policy must state the applicable locations and safeguards for international transfers before it is published.
12. Changes to This Policy
The update date identifies this draft revision. Material changes to actual data handling should be reflected in the published policy and communicated where required.
13. Contact
The operator name and contact address will be added before this draft is published.
