A draft of the terms for creating, refining, and exporting projects with Wobli.
1. About Wobli
Wobli is a browser-based tool for creating and refining Roblox scenes and scripts. It connects to Roblox Studio for applying content and playtesting. It is independent of Roblox Corporation.
These terms are a draft for review. Operator details, eligibility, consumer terms, and applicable law must be finalized before they are offered as binding service terms.
2. Accounts & Access
Use an account you are authorized to access. Protect your session and Studio connection codes. Do not share access to someone else’s projects or attempt to bypass account controls.
Local workspace access is intended for the installation’s operator. A local session is not a substitute for access controls on a publicly exposed service.
3. Acceptable Use
Use Wobli and connected services in accordance with their applicable rules and the law.
- Do not upload content you lack the right to use.
- Do not create malicious scripts or attempt unauthorized access.
- Do not use the service to abuse, exploit, or harm other people.
- Follow Roblox’s requirements before publishing an experience.
4. Your Content
You are responsible for the prompts and reference materials you provide. Wobli needs to process that content with the services used for the requested build.
AI output may resemble other material and may contain errors. This draft does not guarantee originality, exclusive rights, or freedom from third-party claims. Review relevant provider terms and your intended use before publishing.
5. Generated Projects & Playtesting
Review generated scenes and scripts before applying or publishing them. The browser preview does not run the full Roblox experience. Code checks do not guarantee working gameplay, security, or suitability for release.
Use Roblox Studio to test player actions, rewards, permissions, UI, and multiplayer behavior. Preserve a copy of work you want to keep before applying changes.
6. Plans, Credits & Payments
Hosted plan prices and credit allowances are shown on the Plans page. An AI build costs 10 credits; cancelled or failed builds return build credits. Viewing, exporting, and restoring saved versions do not spend build credits.
Where paid subscriptions are enabled, use account settings and the billing portal to manage them. The operator must finalize payment, tax, cancellation, refund, and consumer-rights terms before public sales.
7. Availability & Connected Services
Wobli depends on Roblox Studio, configured AI providers, and its hosting environment. Features may be unavailable when those services are unavailable or not configured. Preserve exports of important work.
The final agreement must set out any applicable service commitments, limitations, termination process, and non-excludable consumer rights. This draft does not create an uptime or support-response guarantee.
8. Privacy, Changes & Contact
The privacy document describes the information processed by the application. Review updated terms before continuing to use a published service.
The operator name and contact address will be added before this draft is published.
